We aim to keep product names, prices, pack sizes and availability accurate. Stock and supplier prices can change. A product added to the enquiry cart is not reserved and the website is not an offer to sell at an unconfirmed price.
How an order is formed
Sending a cart through WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a completed purchase. We will confirm availability, quantities, price, delivery charge, payment method and any minimum order. An order is accepted only when we clearly confirm it and any agreed payment requirements are met.
