Delivery arrangements are agreed before payment so you know the total cost and expected timing.
United Kingdom delivery
We can arrange delivery in Staffordshire and across the UK. The charge depends on the destination, parcel or pallet size, weight and any temperature-control requirements. We will provide the delivery charge with your quotation.
Local community delivery
Members of our community group may qualify for free delivery on selected local delivery routes. Eligibility depends on the route, date, order size and available vehicle capacity; it is confirmed with each order.
Collection
Collection from Newcastle-under-Lyme may be arranged after your order is confirmed. We will send the collection address and agreed time. Please do not travel until you have received confirmation that the goods are ready.
Europe and wholesale freight
European, pallet and other large commercial orders are quoted individually. Send the destination postcode or country, products, quantities and preferred delivery date through WhatsApp so we can check stock and transport options.
Timing and receiving goods
Estimated delivery dates are provided with the quote and may change because of courier capacity, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control. Please inspect goods promptly on arrival and tell us as soon as possible if anything is missing or damaged.
